Recommendation for breast cancer screening based on BBES

• ◎20-69 of average risk—every 1-3 years
  

• ◎<40 yr with following risk factors—at least every 1 year
  

1. a. family history of 1st degree relatives
   

2. b. Atypical hyperplasia
   

3. c. hormone therapy or oral contraceptive
   

4. d. overweight
   

5. e. Late age of first pregnancy or no breastfeeding  
   

6. f. early age at menarche or late age at menopause
   

7. g. radiation to breat
   

8. h. diet with high sugar，fat, purine
   

9. i. heavy smoker and alcohol consumption
   

10. j. sedentary lifestyle
